Here at Mountains of the Moon, our goal is to provide you with something
unique and beautiful with which you will be completely
satisfied! If you need to return or exchange an
item, we offer you a few different options to best suit your
situation.
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDITS: If you change your mind
or are unhappy with your purchase, or if an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for
another item, another size, or issue you store credit. If you need to do an
exchange or return for store credit, please contact us as soon
as possible (we must receive the item within 14 days of
your receiving it). Store credits are good toward future
purchases on our website, in our catalog or at our vending
booths and have no expiration date.
REFUNDS: If there is an unfixable problem with your
purchase due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately (we must receive the
item back within 7 days of your receiving it), and we will be more than happy to exchange the item or
refund your money. We do not offer cash/credit refunds unless there is something wrong with the item and the item cannot
be fixed or replaced with another of the same or similar item. We
do not offer refunds on items that are the wrong size (although you can exchange them
for the correct size, or get a
store credit), so please be sure to check sizing on clothing
items before purchasing. Detailed measurements for our
clothing can be found by clicking on the item picture, and we
are happy to answer any specific sizing questions.
IMPORTANT: If you need to do a return/exchange, you must contact us first for a Return Authorization
Number and instructions, either through
e-mail or by calling us toll free at
877.875.0689.
Please DO NOT send anything back to us without first contacting us
first and waiting for a response with your RA # and instructions.
Packages without an RA # will be refused. There are
times when our entire staff is out of the office vending an event,
and our returns address is different than our office address that
is listed on your invoice. We cannot be responsible for items sent to
us without contacting us first. Order cancellations are considered returns.
If you must cancel an order before it is shipped, please let us
know immediately. Cancellations on purchases made with
credit cards are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover
credit card processing charges.
We realize that extenuating circumstances
do exist; if you are ordering a gift or you are worried about
sizing, please
contact
us before you make your purchase. We are always
willing to work something out, provided arrangements are made in
advance. If you have any questions at all

us and we will get right back to you with an answer.
We know it can be difficult to make purchases over the internet,
so please do not hesitate to ask us about items in which you are
