How do I go about buying
your merchandise? How does your "shopping cart"
work?
Our shopping cart works just like a shopping cart at a regular
store. Click on the "Store" tab above to enter the
Mountains of the Moon store, and then click on any of the
categories on the left side of the screen to browse our online
shop. When you see something you like, you can click on the
item for larger photos and more information. If you'd like
to add the item to your shopping cart, click the "ADD"
button by the item. If you just want to purchase that one
item, click "BUY." When you are ready to check
out, click on "Check Out" at the top right side of your
screen. If you're not ready to check out but would like to
view the items you have in your shopping cart, click on "View
Cart."
What forms of payment do you
accept? Is your system secure for using credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit
cards, PayPal and Money
Orders/Cashier's Checks. We do not accept personal
checks. Our system is completely secured,
Merchant Verified, and
is 100% safe to use credit cards.
How long after I place my order do you ship
it? How do you ship?
We ship out our orders very quickly, within 3 business days
of when payment is received. Orders are shipped U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2 to 3
Day), with Delivery
Confirmation. For totals under $10, you also have the option
of regular First Class Mail. If you need to get your
goods immediately, we also offer Express Mail shipping
(depending on location, this may be 2-day rather than overnight).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have wonderful customers all over the world!
If you live outside of the United States, please read through the
International Shipping instructions at
check out. For international orders, we accept Paypal or
Money Orders in US funds.
Can I be the first to know when you add new
items to your website?
Absolutely. All you have to do is sign up for our Preferred
Customer E-mail List. See the question below for details.
Do
you ever offer special deals, or have a Preferred Customers
program?
Yes! Our Preferred Customers are the first to know
when we add new items to our website. We also offer a
special deal, discount or sale to our Preferred Customers in every
newsletter we send out (usually about once a month).

Do you have a printed catalog?
We used to send out seasonal retail catalogs, but in an effort to
save trees and reduce waste, we decided to focus on our online
catalog rather than send out mailings. For more information

I'm using a Mac computer, and I can't see
the "Store" part of your website. What can I do to
view it?
Scroll to the right. For some reason, the shopping
cart/store part of our website is justified to right for some Mac
users. All you need to do is scroll to the right, and you'll
be able to view and use it properly.
